This is a space where you are invited to take up space — at your own pace.
Here, we make room to pause, reflect, and work through what you're carrying, with care that is respectful, collaborative, and attuned.
We work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting mood and anxiety difficulties, adjustment challenges, trauma, personality dynamics, and neurodiversity (ADHD, ASD, and intellectual disability).
About Me
I'm Samke Okonkwo, a compassionate clinical psychologist offering a calm, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming therapeutic space for adults and adolescents. My journey in the helping profession began as a social worker in 2008 (UKZN), before I further qualified as a psychologist.
My work is grounded in understanding how people think, feel, and process the world differently—particularly in the context of trauma, neurodivergence, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, the effects of acquired brain injury, or seeking psychological assessments, I'm here to provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore, heal, and grow.
Creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and understood.
Using proven therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Your privacy and trust are paramount in our therapeutic relationship.
